From the beginning in the year 2014, the founder Mr. Kunal Kumar and his team, have transformed JINA to being the most trusted organization in the field of providing counseling and training students for certain recognized career within a span of three years. The founder is a qualified Actuary possessing rich experience in the field of education. He is an educationist by passion and a professional by work. He founded JINA to empower the lives of students by creating a new realm of possibilities in their career. The Management Team of JINA consists of 3 pillars - Counselors, Teaching Faculties and Administrative Staff. Counselors: The team of counselors, is the backbone of the organization, consists of the expert counselors, who have vast professional experience in the field of advising students about the various study options available in India, considering their profile & needs. The team is empathetic towards the students’ needs & has ability to fulfill commitments given to the students. Training Faculties: The Training Faculties, one of the strongest pillars of the organization, who guide students to achieve the desired results in various entrance examinations like Actuarial Science, Law, IPM (IIM – Indore), BMS, BBA(FIA), BBE, Hotel Management, Mass Communication, BCA. Administrative Staff: The Administration is substantially responsible for the admission process of students, consists of efficient people sharing different responsibilities like assistance in filling up entrance forms, updating every single detail in respect to the exam, regular follow-ups for timely filling up the forms and overall co-ordination.
