First Career Move Soon after completing her academic learning, Jina grabbed an opportunity to work with India’s most admired and trusted jewellery brand, Tanishq. She worked as the Business developer in Gujarat and managed diverse functions of store branding, corporate marketing, media management, retail coordination, merchandising and indenting. While at Tanishq, she fostered customer relation initiatives with a slew of brand activation measures. Opportunity Knocks the Door Working at Tanishq offered superior learning and exposure, and Jina felt the need to add a managerial quotient to this knowledge. Hence, she went on to join a Su-raj diamond company ‘Forever jewellery’. Forever Jewellery was one amongst the largest jewellery corporates of India. She joined as a brand manager for Gujarat. She then gained practical insights on sourcing, product-selection and distribution network management due to the vast B2B backbone of Forever Jewellery. Her key assignments at Forever included launching of new showrooms in Ahmedabad, creative execution by coordinating with advertising agencies, developing a strong customer relationship model, organizing innovative events at the store, liaison with press and media and staff training? Jina stresses the difference with the quality of the craftsmanship and originality of design. Appraising is her passion. Using old stones and converting them in to new fine timepiece is her key.
