JJK PLACES, PBC is a Denver based social impact real estate development, investment, and consulting company. It is legally structured as a public benefit corporation (PBC), and is recognized as a Certified B Corp. Its sole focus is on originating, developing, and consulting on community-oriented, people-centric real estate development and investment projects that create significant public good. As a social impact company, JJK PLACES combines the best elements of a mission-driven nonprofit organization with the financial discipline and entrepreneurial innovation characteristic of the most successful for-profit businesses. It is called a "hybrid business" model, and is part of a growing global movement promoting the idea that business should be a force for creating public good.
