After over 11 years working as a consultant and architect for one of the leading Microsoft-only consulting firms in the Netherlands, Jorg Klein IT was founded in 2018 by Jorg Klein to deliver these services to organizations in a freelance capacity. Jorg specializes in the Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, Big Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Visualization (Power BI). He delivers technical guidance to organizations in their journey to the cloud. In recent years Jorg helped companies such as Deloitte, Reed Business, Corbion (former CSM) and Heineken International with migrations of existing on-premises solutions to Azure, preparing Azure for greenfield solutions to land, and setting up hybrid on-premises/cloud landscapes. Jorg can advise on every aspect of technical solutions: architecture, development, infrastructure and networking, security, active directory, application lifecycle management (CI/CD), support (DevOps) and much more! Given his broad knowledge and experience, Jorg can connect all disciplines and can act as trusted advisor on everything that’s related to Microsoft Azure cloud. In 2017 and 2018, Jorg received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in the Data Platform area.
