About JKONSULT Ltd. JKONSULT Ltd was formed in January 2015 and is owned and run by Dr John Knight and Caroline Knight. It provides expert advice, consultancy and interim support and management on both technical and people-based services. JKONSULT's technical arm provides chemical and process research and development mainly to the Pharmaceutical sector. John Knight has experience in process development within major pharma and has worked for a contract research organisation. He brings combined innovator and supplier experience with a high degree of pragmatism, enabling JKONSULT to provide high quality, professional and innovative technical services to companies around the globe. JKONSULT technical consultancies include organisations within Europe, USA, India, Australia, China and Japan. JKONSULT - HR the Human Resources side of the business can provide solutions to organisations with day to day HR service requirements, people/management development and facilitate effective interpersonal communication. Caroline Knight BSc(Hons), Chart MCIPD supports and develops the non - technical side of the business whilst bringing her own area of expertise as a Human Resources and Development generalist.
