The liberal arts teach profound lessons about human behavior, the natural world, justice, and diversity. They help us think critically, listen to others, persuade with integrity, and manage ambiguity. They kindle the mind, inspiring both creativity and strength of character. By inviting this wisdom into their professional lives, my clients become uniquely well-rounded leaders. This makes them more agile, informs sound decisions, and catalyzes meaningful creativity - in their own lives, for their organizations, and on behalf of the greater good. For enrichment clients, I curate literary content that will deliberately pull them outside their everyday intellectual lives. Through book clubs and workshops, I lead my clients through productive discussions about the content and its significance for their work. The process establishes my clients in a contemplative practice, acts as a creative catalyst, and offers an antidote to burnout. My coaching clients benefit indirectly, but no less profoundly. My background and enrichment orientation inform services that are uniquely fast-paced and substantive. I excel at translating unwieldy, complex, abstract ideas into understandable, actionable concepts for my clients.
