JM Formation was founded in 2004 by Melitta Janko, a skilled professional in foreign-language teaching, translating and coaching. Originally from Austria but settled in France for many years now, she is completely bilingual in French and German. Melitta also lived in Spain before she decided to settle down in Lyon. Her mission was and still is to share her inter-cultural experience to help companies not only grow internationally but promote the linguistic skills of their workforce. As JM Formation's Director, Melitta Janko has formed a multicultural team of professional linguists of French and a variety of foreign languages made up of language trainers, translators, interpreters and intercultural coaches. We are all determined that a combination of feeling at ease in a language mixed with sociolinguistic quality and communication is the cornerstone of any and every humane organisation. Our training programmes can take place in your company, at our office or remotely.
