Having successfully run large businesses within both Partnership and Corporate entities in the Real Estate sector over the past 30 years, we understand professional services and have developed a passion for people, with a desire to influence behaviour as a driver for improved business performance. Either collectively or individually, we are able to provide the following core services- business strategy workshops - mentoring/coaching/EIP profiling - merger and acquisition support Utilising our business experience, we are skilled in one to one mentoring of individuals at all levels, but with a focus on future leaders or on current C-suite or Board level. We are also able to act as facilitators to teams, including Boards, to help focus them on particular challenges and the optimum solutions. Our approach throughout, is to provide structure and challenge to these discussions, in order that the individuals and teams can themselves develop clear strategic and operational plans, rather than us providing generic solutions. This is a tried and tested approach, which has proven very successful in stripping down problems or objectives to more simple and therefore manageable and tangible plans of action.
