JMB Modular Buildings have been in the construction industry for 15 years, having evolved into the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) prefab/modular space. We are a volumetric modular manufacturer, based in Shepparton, having a reputation for innovative building knowledge and design. Unlike most modular manufacturers we are a registered builder, we can see projects through from concept to completion. All our modular projects are Designed for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) to brief, budget and site constraints and are independently certified by our structural engineer. The buildings are produced in modules when assembled on site, reflect the exact design intent as a traditional build. We possess the expertise to undertake the modular design, fabricate the steel frame, manage fit-out of the modules, supervise building site preparation, transport the modules from our factory to the building site. We are always investing in and utilising new technology; framing manufacturing machine, truss manufacturing machine, 3D modelling and gantry cranes. Modular construction minimises uncertainty, reduces cost, delivers in a shorter timeframe, and achieves better quality buildings.
