Concepts for Communication and Transition - Since 2008 we provide leadership management, team building processes and conflict resolution to private sector companies, family lead enterprises and non-governmental organizations in addition to domestic services, city administrations and district courts in the region. We further advise groups/individuals at educational institutions and public schools under oversight of the ministry of education, train prevention of violence at workplace in cooperation with the ministry of interior in SH. On the national and international level we are associated with BM e.V- DGTA e.V. and MiKK e.V. Berlin in cooperation with the Federal Office of Justice in Bonn for international cross-border family disputes and child abduction. We are teaching conflict resolution and mediation to students of all academic and professional levels at different university institutes.
