Dr. Green graduated Cum Laude from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Elected to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Former instructor of Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine at Harvard Dental School and staff dentist at Boston Brigham and Women’s Dental Group.
