Our journey started in 2011 with the launch of the jobboard after having realized how tricky it was to find information about jobs available in Rwanda. Back then, we have decided to launch a website focused on "Connecting skills in Rwanda and East Africa" Our main mission is to "facilitate the recruitment operations between employers and candidates" as a- Recruitment agency helping our customers to find the right employee- Consultant company advising private and public institutions about labor market or helping them to organize recruitment events. Besides that, we have built a popular website consulted by hundreds of thousands people every month. It is today among the top five of the most visited Rwandan websites. This allows us to offer to our clients online advertising services.
