JobNukkad is a for-profit social impact venture that aims to improve the lives of people at the bottom of the economic pyramid by improving their source of livelihood. JobNukkad is an online portal for hiring domestic helpers and drivers. We are using technology and innovative methods to create a digital identity for job-seekers in this category. Thus, we give them an opportunity to get more job options. We aim to go much beyond jobs to support the worker community. That's why our tagline "Kaam se Kaamyaabi tak". At the same time, we are addressing a huge problem for families related to hiring domestic helpers. Unlike traditional agencies, employers don't need to pay one month's salary as the recruitment commission. They pay a fraction of that when they take a package on our portal. We are a DIY classifieds platform like OLX connecting employers with job-seekers in their locality. We are a bootstrapped profitable company serving in 9 cities of India.
