The biggest flaw/ con is that talent is being bombarded by emails, calls and filled up inboxes. Our goal is to help developers and recruiters create a better relationship between one another. We want a platform that is more organized, simple and have more options for developers. Privacy is something that we want to put back into the hands of developers.
