Jobstarter.io is a job search website dedicated to helping job seekers by analyzing resumes and personal backgrounds and matching existing jobs postings in the market, especially for college students and new graduates. Many job seekers have some discrepancies in their understanding of the content and nature of many jobs in the market, which makes it difficult for them to accurately find the key points of each job to be applied for. As a result, they cannot modify their resume in a targeted manner, which will cause an embarrassing situation - you can only receive an extremely limited number of interview invitations after submitting a considerable number of resumes. To solve this problem, we use artificial intelligence algorithms to comprehensively analyze the job seekers’ resumes and the corresponding job descriptions to match the keywords, required skills, the convertibility and the similarity of the working content, etc, then return a comprehensively judge in what percentage of job seekers’ resume can match the job description. Therefore, the job seekers can know how likely they will get an interview if they apply for this job.
