JOBU is a beverage brand incubator and accelerator, focused on building and launching creative innovation at scale. Without the limitations of big companies, while having decades of experience in the beverage business, and a “we can just do it ourselves” attitude, the JOBU team is not just ready to get on base, but clear them with big swings. JOBU’s first brand, Madam Paleta Flavor Infused Tequila, launched in September, 2023 in College Station, Texas. The flavor infused tequila was born with the goal of creating smooth, approachable and quality tequila (100% Blue Agave) infused with natural flavors. Produced in Jalisco, Mexico, the brand’s essence and three flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and tamarind, are inspired by the vibrant Mexican Paletas (popsicle) culture.
