A unique brand shaping the way we view sportswear into the future. With a focus on mental health, celebration of human achievement through adversity and normalising the struggle of psychological wellness we are breaking the norm by focussing on inner strength as well as physical fitness. We are a community and a platform that showcases the stories of others through our brand and how we are all on a journey to feel better through sports and movement. We are in this together. We are #JogOnFamily We provide workshops and offer public speaking for schools, workplaces and community projects around the unity of mental and physical growth. Our interactive workshops offer a way to channel emotions through physical activities in order to feel better and learn that difficult emotions cannot be merely "fixed" by punching a boxing bag or going for a run. Jog On is here to show the world how to instil self-belief, increase positive community and social relationships and nurture self worth in adults and young people.
