With over 40 years experience in public sector housing, including over 28 years in home ownership, I offer a consultancy, training and mediation service. I can provide a wide range of services, including alternative dispute resolution, consultancy & training in leasehold management & RTB, interim management, and coaching & mentoring. I have presented training on Leasehold Management and Home Ownership issues for Barnet Homes, for the Chartered Institute of Housing, Leasehold Advisory Service, HQN, and for other public and private sector clients, and also chaired the 2005 CIH Home Ownership Conference. I am also an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Register of Commercial Mediators, a member of the Clerksroom Certified Mediator Database and a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator. I have a great deal of experience in legal proceedings relating to disputes over property management, service charges, major building works, rent, disrepair, building surveys and boundary disputes.
