John Gazzale

I am a professional actor based in New York City. I have performed Off Broadway at Cherry Lane Theatre, Ensemble Studio Theatre and Theatre Row and am a graduate of The Actors Studio Drama School MFA Program. In 2015 I co-created Sideway Brothers and began co-producing, writing and acting in short comedy films, including Nuclear Knack Knacks (WINNER of Best Dark Comedy Micro Short at the Portland Comedy Film Festival and WINNER of Best Sketch Comedy Film at New York Short Comedy Film Festival). My film Bande de Jeunes was also WINNER of an Award of Merit at the New Renaissance Film Festival in London. I have also appeared in various other short films produced in New York and New Jersey. Having grown up in a military family, I did not find my roots until I moved to New York to study acting in 1995. I'm a longstanding supporter of The Nature Conservancy.
