I coach new and aspiring leaders to gain CLARITY on the vision, values and goals and help them devise 'The Plan' that will lead to real impact. I help them build the PRESENCE in the school, by developing their skills in 'drama-free' communication and relationship building, and I enable them to remove any blocks, resistance or barriers they may be holding that are preventing them from developing their presence. I help them achieve balance in the work and non-work parts of their lives & help them to avoid BURNOUT. I teach them to focus on what's most important and what will have the most impact on the school; and also to develop their self-knowledge including their own personal triggers, signs and symptons that can enable them to avoid burnout and love their job.
