John Hanly and Company established in 1893, employs 32 people and is located in Ballyartella Woollen Mills near Nenagh County Tipperary- 2 hours from Dublin Specialises in the design and weave of scarves, throws, capes, head ware and fabrics in natural fibres like wool, cashmere, lambswool, merino & mohair. All the products are woven in their mill and are exported worldwide to designers, brands and quality retailers. We work only in natural fibres as raw materials are sourced from renowned suppliers who produce their wools and cashmere in a sustained and ethical manner We are located beside the Nenagh River in Ballyartella Woollen Mills, the river still drives our water turbine which we generate our own electricity so that all our energy is from renewable sources All the products are woven in their mill and are exported worldwide to designers, brands and quality retailers.
