The company was established as a sole trader in 1983 and incorporated in 1990. Our mechanical division is an industrial support service, re-manufacturing and mechanical repair company based in Livingston. Our engineers have many years’ experience of providing engineering support services and repair technology in a variety of different industries. Our multi-disciplined team is capable of repairing and re-manufacturing a wide range of industrial equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, mechanical seals, centrifuges and valves. We also have fabrication facilities and can offer on-site mechanical installation and maintenance services. From conception (April 2019) to realisation, steady and continued growth has seen our Facilities Services division really take off. We know what is required to keep your buildings working, compliant and maintained. We have built up a niche customer base to deliver planned, reactive and installation services across HVAC and electrical systems via our dedicated mobile service engineers, to facilitate the ever-present demand in the facilities management sector. We can take on any full ppm contract across the full M&E asset on your building and we can manage specialist assets with our tried and tested outsource partners.
