John Matson Consulting

My passion is to design facilitated sessions that make an impact. I am a mechanical engineer by education and a skilled facilitator by experience. I learned facilitation as a partner for Ernst & Young and KPMG consulting and developed analytical skills as a propulsion and thermophysics engineer. I now apply those talents to assist organizations to solve their most challenging issues. I have supported the Internet infrastructure, high technology, professional services and aerospace and defense industries. I work with both for-profit and not-for-profit companies and have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University. My hobbies include golf, carpentry and automotive restoration. I am on the Board of the Greater Los Angeles Area Scouts and split my time between Los Angeles and Deer Island, New Brunswick Canada.
