The journey is what builds our character, confidence and authenticity. For over 16 years I've helped clients heal body and mind. I created a simple 4 step framework for getting to the root cause; changing negative thoughts and behavior patterns (scientifically grounded and evidence based). I became fascinated with pain and stress in the body as a massage therapist which later formed into an obsession with the mind. After advising and treating many professionals suffering from the manifestations of chronic on-the-job stress, I founded Relaxation Evolution to help people develop the skills and confidence required to get good at life. Making it easier and more enjoyable, getting better with age. Through proven programs, self-care planning, guided relaxation techniques and one-on-one coaching sessions I help clients transform their life. My own transformation story started at age 30 when I found my calling to help heal others. Previously I overcame an abusive childhood, completed military service, and learned about relationships the hard way through bad choices in my early adult years. It was only after experiencing several excruciating back injuries and discovering the miracle of massage therapy, that I turned my life around and started the journey to become the successful healer I am today. I've completed one of the only coaching certification programs approved by the National Board of Health & Wellness. I am an expert in strategic planning and goal setting. I'm passionate about helping people take control of their lives by taking control of their thoughts, emotions and actions. My p
