We work with Residents Management, Right to Manage and Freehold Company directors in the management of residential blocks of flats and estates. Our ethos is that we manage the buildings on behalf of all leaseholders ensuring that their service charge monies are spent wisely and how they would want it spent: we do this by separating the funds into general operating expenditure and then a reserve fund to ensure that we can phase expenditure in line with the requirements of the board. Good value for money is the key. We are a specialist block and estate management company : we do not do sales and lettings.
