Our state-wide law practice has represented thousands of injured workers who have lost their hearing, because of working in harmful noise, recover money through workers compensation. We have 40 years of experience exclusively handling these claims. Hearing impaired workers are our only clients and we are focused on helping them receive the maximum benefits under the law. This compensation provides money to purchase hearing aids, which in turn allows people that are hard of hearing to better connect with loved ones and improve their quality of life. Douglas and Nikolas Johnson are both proud graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Douglas also earned his law degree from UW-Madison. He has been practicing law statewide since 1977. Nikolas earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School and received the CALI Award for Excellence and the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorney awards for finishing 1st in the law school’s workers compensation course.
