Johor Land Berhad

Incorporated in 1972 as the property development arm of Johor Corporation, Johor Land Berhad (“JLand” or “Company”) began as a business in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Company’s achievements have contributed greatly to the development of the state of Johor. In pursuing a strategy to design and build quality homes that combine practicality with functionality, coupled with its in-depth understanding on the needs of the local market, JLand has ascended to become an urban regenerator whose focus is to transform parcels of land into spaces where people want to live, work and play. JLand has in place a substantial landbank size of about 1,012 hectares mainly in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor and a distinctive portfolio that consists of a diverse range of well-designed and established projects. These developments include the on-going development township of Bandar Dato’ Onn, the Pasir Gudang township as well as other residential and commercial projects spread across Kempas, Ulu Tiram, Tampoi, Johor Bahru city centre, Sri Gading, Batu Pahat and Pagoh. In collaboration with Johor Corporation, JLand has completed over 32,450 residential and 1,848 commercial units to date. Moving forward, JLand aims to be the country’s leading property developer while matching our pace to current urban development and the demand for townships and at the same time, continue to provide value to our stakeholders.
