Jojolapa

The word Jojolapa means WELCOME in Nepalese. Due to the presence of Buddhist and Hindu traditions in Nepal, Nepalese cuisine appeal to vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Nepalese food is a mouthwatering fusion of Chinese cuisine from the North and Indian cuisine from the South. It brings together fresh herbs, vegetables and meats that have deep smoky flavours cooked with love and perfection in traditional ovens.
