Jon F. Swift Construction has been performing construction services in Southwest Florida for over 43 years. We have performed our services under all three project contract delivery methods (Construction Management, Design Build and Competitive Bid,). We pride ourselves on the fact that our client list is short, while our project list is long. What we mean by this is that we have been selective in the clients we choose to offer our services to. We believe our client service to be our most valuable asset. The fact that we have so many repeat projects from just a handful of clients, speaks volumes for our ability to satisfy our customers. We specialize in difficult renovations and remodel projects on existing facilities that remain fully operational during construction. This is what we do best. We take the time to fully understand all the requirements necessary to operate the facility during construction. We communicate and coordinate with everyone involved with the facility operations to facilitate the absolute minimum disruption of services. We isolate staging areas and work areas from staff and customers to the fullest extent allowable and we schedule unsafe activities during non peak (low volume) service times. We also specialize in downtown streetscape projects. Our expertise in planning, phasing and public safety allow us to effectively manage and coordinate work activities in a manner that minimizes the overall disruption of local businesses and residents during construction. This again is due to the upfront time we spend during preconstruction to understand the individual needs of each person effected by the project and then maintaining continuous lines of communication through the entire construction process.
