Jonathan Passaro Coaching

My name is Jon Passaro. I am an executive and team coach, working mainly with lawyers. I started my business because, over the course of my own ten-year legal career, I saw a real need for coaches in the legal sector who truly understood the challenges facing people like me. Many lawyers hit a plateau in their career after several years; others find themselves overwhelmed once they reach a certain level of seniority; others still simply get into a rut of dealing with emergencies at the expense of building a sustainable practice over the long term. I help my clients to design bespoke solutions to these problems, by leveraging their unique blend of skills and attributes to design sustainable ways of working that will not only help them to achieve their immediate goals, but will also help them to set the bar ever higher in the future. After working with me, my clients are clearer about their career objectives, better able to focus on their long-term goals (instead of constantly putting out fires), and armed with the tools to work more efficiently. They are more self-confident, have improved well-being, and are more effective at collaborating with colleagues. Like any demanding job, working as a lawyer is tough. I’m here to make sure that you are leveraging every resource you can to make sure it’s not any more difficult than it has to be.
