We operate two divisions, an Engineering Division and a Rail Division. The Engineering Division focus is on precision engineering services, CNC milling and CNC turning that delivers high quality bespoke parts to customer’s exact specifications. We are able to produce complex precision parts on a one-off basis or for high volume runs in a variety of materials ranging from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, exotic alloys, thermo-plastics, industrial laminates and composites. With a dedicated in- house welding and fabrication area we can deliver components of many different sizes and complexities. The Rail Division specialise in overhaul, repair and supply of new rolling stock components and assemblies. We have a wealth of experience in undertaking component refurbishments for a wide range of train operating companies. Typical projects may involve modifications, improvements and replacements, working to drawing or WOSS standards, our well-equipped facilities and our highly skilled personnel allow us to provide customers a range of rolling stock engineering solutions. We have years of expertise and experience helping our customers to optimize their designs to be more cost effective, whilst still maintaining a high quality and rapid turnaround.
