Jono & Johno grew up as mates in the rural town of Warracknabeal, and started trying to make a buck when they were about six years old. After some spectacular failures, they drew on Jono’s experience as a qualified mechanic and experienced tree lopper and realised there was a huge market for chainsaw spares and parts. They opened their first store in Warracknabeal in 2008, then moved to Ballarat in 2011 where they established their second store, and their warehouse distribution centre. They’ve gone on to become one of Australia’s leading online suppliers in chainsaw equipment, power machinery and spare parts.
