Our founder, Kevin Smith, brings over 48 years of industry experience, which has been central to our success. Kevin’s extensive knowledge and leadership have been pivotal since the company’s inception, when he already had three decades of experience. He has built a team of exceptional individuals, both in the office and in the field, whose commitment and expertise contribute greatly to our continued success. Many of these team members have been with us since the beginning, emphasizing our stability and the strength of our professional relationships.
