Jorhat Kendriya

Jorhat Kendriya Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 1981, with a view to meet the higher educational needs of a larger locality from Jorhat to Kakojan in the east and up to Neematighat in the north. A few distinguished educationist as well as social workers had taken initiative to convene a public meeting to establish this college. The conveners of the public meeting were:Sjt.
