The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service provides evidence-based psychological therapy to anyone over 18 (16-18 if no longer in full-time education) who is registered with a GP in York, Selby, Tadcaster and Easingwold. They work with people to overcome stress, anxiety and depression to enjoy and participate in life again.
