Business Development through People Development' Josal Consulting Limited is the brainchild of Daryl and Wendy Joseph, a husband and wife team of 15 years. Josal was born out of the marriage of the complimentary skill sets of its creators – Daryl is a Psychologist, and Wendy is a Human Resource and Performance Excellence Consultant. Although Daryl and Wendy initiated the company together, Wendy has since transitioned to other professional challenges, leaving Josal in the hands of Daryl. The philosophy behind Josal is very simple – people are any business’ most important asset. To maximise the productivity of any enterprise, the people working for that enterprise must have a very high level of mental and emotional fitness if they are to put out their best work. Josal Consulting facilitates the growth and improvement of employee’s emotional and mental fitness by both proactive and reactive psychological services. In order to provide the highest level of psychological services, Daryl C. Joseph MA, CEAP conducts much of the clinical work himself, but also utilizes the services of only highly experienced post graduate clinical practitioners of five (5) or more years, who work as affiliates of the parent company. Josal’s head office is located at #7 White St, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, with affiliate offices in St. Augustine and San Fernando.
