Joseph Attorneys was established by Jessie Joseph, she obtained her LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2014. After completing her articles in 2019 she practiced as an Associate at a boutique law firm in Johannesburg. This is when Joseph Attorneys was found. The aim of Joseph attorneys is to provide quality legal services to the general South African public. We practice in all fields of law focusing on the most cost effective processes in order to minimize losses suffered by our clients. We have the legal knowledge and the required legal skills to effectively assist our client in proceeding with any legal matter. Our location allows for us to practice in the Booysens Magistrates Court, Johannesburg Magistrates Court, Johannesburg High Court as well as the Johannesburg Master of the High Court (Masters Office) without utilising a correspondent firm of attorneys. Our speciality is the administration of deceased estates; drafting of Wills and Registering of Trusts- both living and testamentary.
