Started in 1947 by Joseph Frederick the company has gone through many changes over the past decades, family members have been in and out of the business over time. Joseph Frederick's eldest son Robert Frederick Sr. had two sons that took over operations in 1998, sold the business in to R.S. Andrews Enterprises Inc. out of Atlanta Ga. The two sons Robert Frederick Jr. and Brian Frederick bought the Delaware operation back from R.S.A.E in 2003 and are operating it full time again. A residential plumbing heating air conditioning and electrical repair and replacement business serving New Castle County Delaware and surounding Chester County,(Pa.) Delaware County (Pa.) and Cecil County (Maryland)
