In 2016 Dahlia Joseph Rowe started the law firm “Joseph Rowe” as a sole practitioner. In the last 6 years the law firm has grown with a 12-member team which includes 4 Attorneys-at-Law (2 of whom are Partners) and a management and support team of 8. At Joseph Rowe, we are well versed in interacting with and providing services to clients located all over the world. We work with several international law firms, immigration service providers and international marketing agents to service their clients and we also work with clients directly. We are privileged to work with clients from every continent. In each case, we pride ourselves on being responsive and attentive to our clients’ needs, and we provide practical solutions for any issues our clients may encounter. Our clientele include international banks, hotels, real estate investors and developers, local and international companies and high net worth individuals. We have developed a niche market in the Citizenship By Investment program in the Caribbean. We are authorized service providers in St. Kitts and Nevis and Grenada with full offices operational in both islands. For Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia and Dominica CBI programs, we work closely with our trusted partners to prepare Citizenship By Investment applications on behalf of our clients. We use a concierge-type model where each citizenship client or agent is assigned a member of our team to be his/her direct contact person throughout the process from the start of the application process to the client receiving his/her passport in hand. Each of our team members is accessible via WhatsApp, Signal, Skype, Zoom or whichever communication platform the client may prefer.
