Josha Research boasts with well trained staff- We have Research Physicians taking responsibility for the execution of clinical trials and the protection of participants. Our Investigators has experience in the following studies: Diabetes, Pneumonia, Genital Herpes, HIV, etc - Study coordinators on site have extensive experience in all the aspects of the execution of clinical trials- Quality control is a top priority with dedicated Quality Auditors checking every detail of data and systems- The Data Group enters all data electronically and is responsible for data queries- The Liaison Officer and Community workers are the link between the community and the research centre. They are responsible for recruitment, training in the community, retention and follow-up of participants- The Financial Manager takes responsibility for the management of funds allocated by Sponsors to run trials. Distribution and spending of funds are regulated and assistance is given by a contracted Auditors firm- All staff has been trained in research ethics and GCP.
