Our mission is to: Empower disabled people facing a wide variety of challenging circumstances to lead more resilient and independent lives, bringing people from all walks of life together through our community engagement outreach. Raise awareness of the lack of accessible properties within the private sector and social housing. Provide advisory service focuses on social determinants of health, ie Housing isolation, health inequalities, and social welfare.
