Joubert Attorneys was founded by its current owner, Mr. Gysbertus Johannes Joubert. The firm was started 21 years ago with only a part-time secretary and a few individual clients, mainly dealing with with correspondent work. The firm has progressed into a boutique law firm dealing with labour related matters for multi-national corporations. Joubert Attorneys's second leg of service relates to Criminal Law work and this is mostly related to Corruption in highly complicated matters in the government and private sector. We also deal with Injury on Duty Prosecutions on behalf of companies. Joubert Attorneys also deals with Family Law, Litigation, Commercial Law, Insolvency, Property Law, Environmental Law, Mining/Construction Law and Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Law, with some of these functions being collaborated with our associate law firm, Paul Casasola and Associates Attorneys. Joubert Attorneys aim to grow and provide niche specialised services to all its clients.
