We are At Joy Valley Care, we provide an environment that encourages you as a participant to be who you are. We provide a home where you are free to make choices that suit you and that you are comfortable with. We have qualified and experienced Lifestyle Support Employees (Support Workers) 24 hours a day. We also have Registered Nurses in our team who are available at all times when required. Our Registered Nurses are experts in general nursing and mental health nursing. Our main focus is people, safety and comfort. We go above and beyond to ensure that you feel safe and free at home and that you feel free to express your concerns about any aspect of your home. All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked fresh on site. As a participant, it is your home and you can enjoy meals at a time preferred by you, have snacks at any time as you desire. If you love cooking you can join the staff to cook and prepare meals. Our menu is planned and prepared with the participants. We assist our participants with all activities of daily living where our assistance is required as prescribed by the participant. We assist participants to attend appointments and weekly activities such as work and day centres, as well as concerts, movies, sporting activities, eating out, and picnics.
