The best burger, Once a month. JoyBurger is a innovative ticketed Pop-Up burger restaurant located in Melbourne. A passion project by best mates Glen Joyce and Ali Terai. Launched in less than two hours, one night while having a few beers and burgers.of course. The next day 200 tickets to our first event were sold out. Featured as 'Pick of the Week' in the Herald Sun and in taste.com.au. Even though we didn't know how to use the commercial stove and had never worked in a commercial kitchen. Over social media mentions within 2 months of launching. This project proved to us that nearly anything is possible.
