Welcome to Joyful Balance! My name is Hilary Kelly and I am a certified holistic health and wellness coach and proud owner of Joyful Balance. I work with clients to help them to create a healthier and happier life by reducing stress, increasing energy, and reaching their health goals related to finding their true balance in all areas of their life. I support clients to make step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices, that make sense for each person based on bio-individual needs and what is realistic, motivating, and inspiring for them. I offer a Free 50-minute health history consultation for anyone interested in finding out more about my programs.
