Our founder, Jane Pettit, has over 20 years in recruitment, marketing and sales, as well as leading teams and looking at ways to build businesses beyond the cold call. JPC has a firm passion that recruitment is a skilled profession and one that is most effective when delivered with integrity. Jane has recruited through Covid, and understands the unique challenges this market presents; leaving her and her team fully equipped to deliver outstanding training to your consultants to get results. We don’t agree with the age old philosophy that recruiters have a bad name; and our mission statement is to deliver training sessions that ensure recruiters are talented, trained and tenacious!
