On November 1, 2010, I opened a private investment shop, JPH Realty Advisors, in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The firm focuses on acquiring 20K to 200K square foot open air retail centers throughout New England and the Mid Atlantic states, as well as mixed use and multi-family assets in the Philadelphia MSA. With a 20 year track record of success in the retail real estate industry, I am confident that I will be able to provide superior returns to both investors and tenants. I am in pursuit of deals that are “under the radar for most of the larger investment firms.” With the majority of institutional funds chasing core deals at this time, there are very few firms focused solely on value. I intend to fill that niche market need.
