Established in 1946 as a small family-owned studio pottery, Jersey Pottery grew to become one of the Island’s busiest and most popular tourist attractions in the 1980s. In the early 1960s a coffee bar was introduced to cater to tourists visiting the ceramic factory and showroom. The original coffee bar was the beginning of JPRestaurants, which has now become one of the leading restaurant and catering businesses in Jersey, serving thousands of customers daily with fresh, local and innovative food. JPRestaurants has invested in digitalisation to drive excellence, enhance customer service and build a better working environment for its workforce. Our team has the opportunity to work and develop skills in a hospitality environment backed by a world-class technology infrastructure and innovative working practices. Owned by the same family since 1954 and with four generations of islanders working in the business, we are also mindful of our role as a local business and look to work for the benefit of our community and environment through careful management of our suppliers, good working conditions and initiatives to support others less fortunate than us. Our aim is for customers to leave wanting to return – and recommending us to their friends and family. With our customer-first approach, we are clear and transparent about what we offer and what customers can expect, and we are constantly listening to feedback from our customers and team members on how we can improve further.
