JRD International’s management consultancy practice was founded specifically to serve the Iraqi market. Its expert members have been advising leading private and public sector institutions in the U.S.A, Europe, and the Middle East. Our senior leadership members have all been working in Iraq since 2005 and are experienced in the day to day issues facing our private and public sector clients. As a team, we have been frequently engaged by International firms like McKinsey & Company to perform in country work on behalf of their clients. JRDs’ focus is assisting clients in areas such as developing corporate and business unit strategies, supporting institutional transformation programs, designing organizational structure blueprints, outlining growth opportunities, identifying and implementing cost efficiency measures, developing and implementing IT strategies and technology transformations, and designing effective IT solutions. JRDs’ senior team have a combined consulting expertise of over 140 years and have served Fortune 500 clients and public institutions in North America, Europe, Asia and across the Middle East. These clients included leading companies in sectors like telecom, health care, manufacturing, oil & gas, financial institutions, consumer goods, construction, automotive and various public sectors.
