JRPA, LLC Company Capabilities January 2019 BUSINESS: JRPlumer Associates, LLC was chartered in 2010 as a small, veteran owned business in Belmont, NH; the company has grown in membership and expanded into new office and laboratory facilities in Gilford, NH. COMPANY EXPERIENCE: JRPA has over 80 combined years of experience in analytical chemistry, material science, and geoscience derived from academia, industry, and the DOD technology development and transfer enterprise. Associate experience includes Army RDTE and SBIR/STTR program management, university teaching and research, SCORE business advisor, and small business ownership. The company has extensive experience in chemical analysis and field forensics. A DOD contract, with the USACE-ERDC Cold Regions Research & Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) as a collaborator, was received by JRPA in 2018 for the development and demonstration of a subcompact handheld multisensor system based on current x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRFS), Raman spectroscopy (RS), and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) COTS technologies. CAPABILITIES: JRPA’s primary focus is on laboratory analytical services and field forensic analysis using XRFS, RS, and LIBS technologies, training in these analytical techniques, and R&D efforts addressing next generation sub-compact analytical sensors for field deployment.
